Key responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and tailored tutoring sessions to primary and secondary students in line with their individual learning needs and curriculum requirements
- Assess student progress and identify areas requiring additional support or challenge to maximise learning outcomes
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, progress and any concerns requiring follow-up
- Support students in developing confidence, motivation and a positive attitude towards learning
- Collaborate with other tutors and college staff to ensure consistency and quality in educational delivery
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and ensure concepts are clearly understood
