Mechanical Service Plumbers - Landmark Projects Approx $3,200 Plus Per week

Workfast is partnering with a leading contractor managing Melbourne's largest commercial developments, including hospitals, high-rises, stations, and public infrastructure. We require experienced Mechanical Service Plumbers for immediate starts across various landmark sites. These are high-paying, stable roles with a robust pipeline of ongoing work.

What You'll Earn

- Weekly Estimate:Approx.$3,200 per week(based on standard base hours and site allowance).
- Base Rate:$78.75+ per hour for the first 36 hours.
- Overtime:Competitive penalty rates apply after 36 hours.
- Allowances:Site-dependent extra $5.30 to $15.00 per hour, plus daily travel and fares.
- Benefits:Paid Public Holidays, RDOs, and full Incolink/Coinvest contributions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Installing, commissioning, and servicing complex HVAC and mechanical piping systems.
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and system schematics.




- Delivering high-quality workmanship under tight commercial project timelines.
- Collaborating safely and effectively within large, established site teams.

What You Need

- Trade Qualification in Mechanical Plumbing.
- Valid Construction Induction (White Card).
- High Risk Work Licenses: Working at Heights, Confined Space, and EWP.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial or Tier 1 construction experience.
- Strong commitment to site safety and a proven work ethic.
