The Role

- Support the delivery of educational programs and daily routines
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Contribute to observations, documentation, and learning outcomes
- Work collaboratively with educators and leadership teams

Role Requirements

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Working With Children Check
- Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a genuine passion for early learning
