Trueline Patios is seeking an experienced Patio Project Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of patio construction projects in the Rockhampton area. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patio projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The role is based in our Brisbane office, with regular site visits to project locations.

What you'll be doing

- Manage all aspects of assigned patio construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise teams of tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely project delivery
- Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and any issues or risks
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations
- Ensure projects adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the construction teams as needed

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Patio Project Supervisor or similar construction management role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering patio construction projects on time and within budget
- Robust understanding of building codes, regulations,



and construction best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Valid driver's licence
