Sustainable Design Build Manage Pty Ltd company stands to build Sustainable Specialised Disabled Accommodation ( SDA) for NDIS in the South East Melbourne. We have robust commitment to exceptional design and craftsmanship. All of our projects are owned, build and managed by ourselves under our CareHousing.com.au brand.

Your expertise will contribute to the entire residential build process, from meticulous planning to precise delivery. We are currently seeking individuals with Site Supervision and construction management experience to do whatever it takes to deliver initially around 15 projects from construction drawings stage to houses ready to live in 4-9 months.

About the Role:

- Proactively manage obtaining engineering drawings, Soil tests, building permits and other approvals,
- Obtaining competitive quotes from various trades and suppliers.
- Coordinate with Town Planners for relevant projects, providing regular updates.
- Assist the Construction for timely delivery of projects during the construction and maintenance phases.




- Obtain all necessary approvals in a timely manner including Developer Approval, Report & Consent, Planning, Permit, Building Permit, PIC etc
- Liaise with suppliers and Tradies to obtain costings, ensure timely delivery of materials and speedy completion of projects
- Onsite supervision of various projects and trade coordination

About you:

- Highly organised and able to multi task and manage several competing priorities
- Assertive while being friendly and approachable with good negotiation skills
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Proactive with a strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines
- Proven experience working in a similar role
- An demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects efficiently
- Working knowledge of the residential construction industry
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
