Site Engineer / Project Engineer

We're partnering with a highly respected NSW builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering quality projects across the health, education, commercial and residential sectors. With multiple projects currently underway, opportunities are available for both Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join established delivery teams across several key NSW locations. This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging projects alongside experienced construction professionals within a business that promotes from within and values long-term careers over short-term results.

Your Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily site operations with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Manage QA documentation, ITPs, inspections and project compliance.
- Assist with project programming, procurement and construction planning.
- Review drawings, resolve RFIs and coordinate design information.
- Monitor project progress, productivity and cost performance.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
- Ensure works are delivered safely,



efficiently and to a high standard.

About You

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Previous Australian experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer with a commercial builder.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, quality assurance and safety systems.
- Experience delivering commercial, education, healthcare or Class 2 residential projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build robust relationships across project teams.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to develop your career.
