We are currently seeking Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, and Project Managers to join major civil projects across water infrastructure, pipelines, earthworks and concrete works.

These roles offer the prospect to work on large-scale projects valued from $10M to $500M+, alongside some of the industry’s most experienced engineers and project leaders.

With attractive FIFO and DIDO rosters available (10/4 and 14/7), these positions provide excellent earning potential, career development, and long-term job security.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering major civil infrastructure projects, working alongside high-performing teams to deliver complex engineering solutions.

Projects include

- Major pipeline construction
- Large-scale earthworks
- Concrete and structural works
- Complex water infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver civil infrastructure projects valued $10M+
- Manage programme, construction delivery and subcontractors




- Assist in developing and managing detailed project programmes
- Coordinate engineers, supervisors and site teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
- Work closely with Project Directors and Operations Managers

Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects $5M+
- Background in water infrastructure, pipelines, earthworks or concrete
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Experience working with civil contractors in Australia
- Strong planning, leadership and communication skills
- Proven commitment to site safety and project quality
