We specialise in large-scale institutional and commercial projects from playground design and outdoor environments to civil works and site development. We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional outcomes on complex, high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Quantify and cost civil landscaping and construction projects with precision
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities from plans and specifications
- Develop comprehensive estimates, pricing strategies, and cost breakdowns for tenders and quotations
- Analyse project documentation (drawings, schedules, site conditions) to identify risks and cost drivers
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to clarify scope and specifications

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in civil landscaping, construction, or related built-environment projects
- Proficiency in Bluebeam (markup, takeoff, and estimation tools)




- Advanced Excel skills for cost analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of landscaping and civil construction methods, materials, and costs
- Excellent mathematical and computer literacy skills
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable
- Experience with institutional or commercial landscape projects
- Knowledge of construction contracts and pricing frameworks (AGRC, AS 4000, etc.)
- Proficiency in Nearmaps for site analysis, aerial imagery, and measurement
- Experience with AroFlo (or equivalent construction management software)
- CAD or BIM familiarity
