We are seeking a skilled Project Lead with a robust background in manual testing to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams and possess excellent technical skills in field testing, lab testing, and tools such as QXDM and JIRA. This role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high quality products and services to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure effective testing processes and methodologies are followed.

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various projects.

- Conduct field testing and lab testing to validate product performance and reliability.

- Utilize QXDM for analyzing and troubleshooting issues related to mobile devices and applications.

- Track and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and communication with development teams.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on product quality.





- Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in testing and quality assurance.

- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience with QXDM as a deal breaker skill.

- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and practices.

- Experience in field testing and lab testing.

- Proficiency in using JIRA for defect tracking and project management.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

- Knowledge of mobile application testing.

- Experience in performance testing and load testing.

- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 7 years of experience in quality assurance and testing.

- Proven track record of leading QA teams and managing testing projects.
