? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic projects from planning through execution and successful delivery.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and business growth initiatives.

• Conduct market research, business analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and organizational efficiency.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.

• Analyze business performance, KPIs, and financial data to support strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across departments.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational change management.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in project management, corporate strategy,



management consulting, business analysis, or a related field is preferred.

• Robust analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent project planning, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Experience in business transformation, process improvement, or strategic planning is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
