An internal promotion has created an opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to join one of Melbourne's well‑established commercial builders. Whether you're a Senior Contract Administrator ready to lead your own projects, a Senior Project Coordinator in Tier 1 looking for more ownership, or an experienced Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder, this role offers the chance to take the next step in your career.

The Project

Your first project will be a multi‑level apartment development valued at approximately $100M, working alongside an experienced Construction Manager and established delivery team. From there, you'll continue working across high‑quality residential developments throughout Melbourne.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all commercial and delivery aspects of your project, including:





- Design management
- Head contract administration
- Subcontract management
- Cost planning and forecasting
- Programme management
- Client and consultant liaison
- Project reportingLeading and mentoring the project team

This is a genuine Project Manager role with responsibility from project commencement through to completion.
