An internal promotion has created an opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to join one of Melbourne's well-established commercial builders. Whether you're a Senior Contract Administrator ready to lead your own projects, a Senior Project Coordinator in Tier 1 looking for more ownership, or an experienced Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder, this role offers the chance to take the next step in your career.

You'll be joining a business with an excellent reputation, a solid pipeline of work and a leadership team that genuinely develops and promotes its people.

The Project

Your first project will be a multi-level apartment development valued at approximately $100M, working alongside an experienced Construction Manager and established delivery team. From there,



you'll continue working across high-quality residential developments throughout Melbourne.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all commercial and delivery aspects of your project, including:

- Design management
- Head contract administration
- Subcontract management
- Cost planning and forecasting
- Programme management

- Client and consultant liaison
- Project reporting
- Leading and mentoring the project team

This is a genuine Project Manager role with responsibility from project commencement through to completion.
