We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major civil construction projects from planning through to completion. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience managing complex civil works, driving project performance, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including program management, cost control, quality assurance, WHS compliance, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with site teams, clients, consultants, and suppliers to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of subdivision, roadworks, and civil infrastructure projects
- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and delivery strategies
- Lead project teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and performance against targets
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently,



and in accordance with specifications
- Manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract administration
- Drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement across projects
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and opportunities

About You
- 5+ years proven experience as a Project Manager delivering civil construction projects
- Strong background in subdivisions, road construction, bulk earthworks, or infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from commencement to completion
- Strong commercial understanding, including budgets, variations, and cost control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering successful project outcomes
