We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes ownership, and enjoys bringing complex creative projects to life.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously from client approval through to production and delivery.

You’ll work closely with our Account Managers, Designers, Procurement team and offshore manufacturers to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple creative production projects from brief to delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines.
- Coordinate designers, suppliers, factories and freight providers.
- Prepare production briefs and ensure all specifications are accurate.
- Obtain and review quotations.
- Monitor budgets and project profitability.
- Track artwork approvals and production milestones.
- Conduct regular project status meetings.
- Identify risks early and implement solutions before they become issues.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate freight, warehousing and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate documentation within project management systems.
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and internal teams.




- Ensure deadlines are achieved without compromising quality.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management.
- Experience within one or more of the following:
- Promotional products
- Packaging
- Print production
- Point of Sale (POS)
- Retail displays
- Marketing or creative agencies
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confidence working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- High level of accountability and ownership.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Desirable

- Experience sourcing products from China or overseas manufacturers.
- Knowledge of print production and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with freight and logistics.
- Experience using project management software such as Monday.com, Asana or ClickUp.
- Driver’s licence.
