Aspect Engineering is a multidisciplinary team (SMP E&I;) with expertise in design, construction, commissioning, and operational support. With strong project delivery skills and High Value Centre (HVC) reach, we offer flexible, end-to-end solutions for the entire project lifecycle.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Managers that oversees the entire project lifecycle to lead budget, timeline, and scope. If you thrive in a fast‑paced consultancy environment, enjoy working with talented engineers, and know how to deliver projects with precision and confidence, this role will suit you perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to close-out
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk and change control
- Coordinate interdisciplinary engineering and drafting activities and deliverables
- Manage client relationships, project reporting and stakeholder updates
- Drive safety, quality and compliance across project execution
- Manage variations, claims and commercial outcomes in line with contract requirements
- Support handover and close-out deliverables, including documentation and lessons learned

Skills & Experience (Essential):





- Proven Project Management experience in engineering consultancies for the resource industry
- Solid understanding of project workflows
- Strong commercial awareness (contracts, variations, cost control)
- Confident communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation and reporting capability
- Australian working rights

Desirable:

- Engineering qualification with interdisciplinary design experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in management of Engineering projects.
