THE ROLE

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you'll oversee all aspects of project delivery while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing the successful delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion.
- Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, procurement strategies, and delivery plans.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
- Leading project teams to achieve programme, quality,



safety, and commercial objectives.
- Monitoring project performance and proactively managing risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Coordinating contractors and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes, WHS requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Driving project planning and decision-making to support successful delivery outcomes.
- Preparing and presenting project reports, updates, and performance metrics.
- Promoting a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Contributing to client satisfaction and the ongoing growth of the business.

ABOUT YOU You're an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering outstanding project outcomes. You combine strong commercial acumen with excellent communication skills and have a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while keeping projects on track.

You'll also bring

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the residential construction industry.
- Demonstrated success delivering commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial, or complex building projects.




- Strong understanding of project planning, procurement, contract administration, and commercial management.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Robust understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance processes, and WHS requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
