The role – Project Manager / Estimator

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Berri, SA.

This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, including estimating, scheduling, coordination of trades and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing estimates, quotes, and tender submissions
- Reviewing plans, drawings, and project specifications
- Planning and managing project schedules and budgets
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, materials, and site logistics
- Monitoring project progress and resolving issues as they arise
- Ensuring work meets quality, safety,



and compliance standards
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout delivery
- Supporting continuous improvement across project processes

About you:

- Experience in construction project management and / or estimating
- Strong understanding of building processes, drawings, and trade sequencing
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach on site
- Competent with spreadsheets and basic construction / project software
- Knowledge of WHS requirements and commitment to safe site practices
- Relevant qualifications in construction / building (or equivalent experience)
