Project Manager to work across a Banking and Payments Transformation Program Your new company

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of technology and business transformation projects across Core Banking, Payments, Merchant Acquiring, Digital Channels and broader enterprise initiatives. You will manage projects from initiation through to implementation, overseeing governance, budgets, risk management, stakeholder engagement and vendor relationships while ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience delivering complex technology and business transformation projects.
- Background within Banking, Financial Services, Payments or FinTech environments.
- Experience delivering Core Banking, Payments, Merchant Acquiring or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Strong project governance experience, including RAID management, reporting,



budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executives, business leaders, technology teams and external vendors.
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe or equivalent project management certifications highly regarded.
