CGC Recruitment are partnering with an Architectural Builder based in the Inner West delivering homes up to $20m. This builder has been operating for nearly 10 years and have delivered across the Lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Southern Highlands.

Due to multiple projects under construction and another large home due to start later this year, our client is looking to recruit an additional Project Manager to join the team and work on a $7m or $12m project.

They are looking for someone experienced delivering architectural homes over $5m and can help drive the business with the director. You will be joining a solid team and a company with a decent pipeline of work.

The Role

- Manage high end residential construction projects from commencement through to handover.
- Lead project teams, including Site Managers, Contracts Administrators and subcontractors.
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and cost forecasts.
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor management.
- Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact throughout the project.
- Coordinate consultants,



suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement solutions where required.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and contractual requirements.
- Utilise Procore to manage project documentation, reporting and communication.

About You
- Previous experience as a Project Manager with a commercial builder.
- Proven ability to successfully deliver high end residential projects.
- Solid understanding of contracts, budgeting and project financials.
- Experience using Procore.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
