The Role
- Manage industrial subdivision projects from start to finish
- Lead Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors
- Deliver bulk earthworks, roads, drainage and services
- Manage programme, budgets, forecasting, variations and claims
- Coordinate clients,



consultants and key stakeholders
- Drive safety, quality and project delivery

What You Need
- Proven Project Manager experience in civil construction
- Industrial subdivision experience highly regarded
- Strong earthworks, roads, drainage and services experience
- Strong commercial and programming skills
- Ability to lead teams and take ownership of delivery
