Project Manager - Marine & Civil Projects FIFO An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering complex marine and civil infrastructure projects across Australia.

This is a hands-on delivery role leading technically challenging projects from start to finish. You'll be backed by an experienced team and have the autonomy to drive project outcomes while working on major marine infrastructure works.

Please note: This client has a very specific requirement and will not shortlist candidates based on general civil construction experience alone. To be considered, you must have proven experience in marine construction, piling or heavy lifting projects (experience in at least one is essential).

- $180,000 - $200,000 base salary + super
- $19,600 annual car allowance

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of complex civil and marine infrastructure projects from commencement through to completion
- Manage project budgets,



programmes, commercial performance, quality and safety
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholders
- Drive project performance while maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Mentor and support Project Engineers and site leadership teams

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Manager delivering projects of a similar scale
- Proven experience delivering marine construction, piling or heavy lifting projects (at least one is essential)
- Experience managing self-performed construction works
- Solid background working for Australian contractors
- Currently living in Western Australia and willing to travel to project sites as required
- Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)
