Project Manager – Technology Delivery

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for digital transformation, customer experience, and delivering technology outcomes that make a real impact?

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major digital transformation program focused on web optimisation, customer engagement, revenue growth, and marketing technology. Working across a complex technology landscape, you'll oversee the successful delivery of customer-facing platforms including websites, CRM solutions, marketing automation technologies, and digital experience platforms.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery within an Agile and hybrid delivery environment. You'll partner closely with business stakeholders, digital teams, technology specialists, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives from initiation through to implementation and operational handover.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Deliver projects across websites, CRM, CMS, marketing automation, eCommerce, and digital experience platforms.
- Coordinate complex integrations across customer data platforms, payment gateways, and third-party systems.




- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
- Provide explicit project reporting, governance, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Facilitate Agile delivery practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead project planning, implementation, cutover activities, hypercare, and benefits realisation.

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 5+ years' experience delivering complex technology or digital projects end-to-end.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Digital Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering MarTech, digital experience, CRM, CMS, eCommerce, or related enterprise platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex dependencies.
- Experience presenting project updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Highly Regarded
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Optimizely, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, AgilePM, or SAFe.
- Experience operating within scaled Agile environments.
