About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager and a motivated Project Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of upcoming projects throughout regional and remote Queensland.

Experience in bridge construction and road infrastructure projects is essential.

These positions are offered on a 14:7 roster.

Project Manager

What You’ll Do

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of civil and concrete projects across remote QLD.
- Manage program, cost, and risk in line with contract requirements (AS2124/AS4000).
- Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and QA systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to site personnel.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within the civil construction industry.
- Proven experience on regional/local government or infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial, contractual and project planning program skills.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to site personnel.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management software.
- Current Construction White Card and current Driver’s Licence.

Project Engineer

What You’ll Do

- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements.




- Coordinate procurement of materials and engagement of subcontractors.
- Conduct inspections and prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation (inspection and test plans).
- Liaise effectively with clients to support project delivery and resolve issues.
- Complete daily project reports, cost tracking and contract admin, submit dockets, approve and review staff and subcontractor timesheets calculating weekly costs incurred verse revenue earned.
- Apply proactive problem-solving with a focus on achieving the best outcome for the project.
- Daily scheduling of project work fronts, allocating tasks to crews, conducting daily pre-starts.
- Onsite management of WHS ensuring all works are completed in a protected planned manner.
- Assist with tender preparation and pricing activities.

What We’re Looking For

- Project Engineer with 1-5 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Windows and key applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You must be able to communicate effectively with the ability to build rapport with others including stakeholders, clients, subcontractors and employees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Current Construction White Card and current Driver’s Licence.
- Demonstrates a proactive and reliable work ethic with a commitment to every project.
- Ability to work in remote and challenging environments across Queensland.
