The Youth Worker role at Pambula Beach Flexible School is a fixed term, full time position with start as soon as possible and an end date of 1 February 2027 (possible extension). The role designs and delivers engagement, wellbeing and social inclusion programs to enhance student engagement.
You will work within a trauma-informed framework, supporting students across middle and senior phases and collaborating with staff and families to achieve positive outcomes.
