About the Role

As our Flagship Assistant Showroom Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the commercial success of our Alexandria showroom while helping create an exceptional client experience. Working alongside the Showroom General Manager, you'll inspire a high-performing team, lead from the front on the showroom floor, and build lasting relationships with our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven leader who thrives in a premium retail environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding results while mentoring and developing others.

What You’ll Do

- Lead by example, delivering an exceptional showroom experience that reflects the Coco Republic brand.
- Drive sales performance by maximising conversion, increasing average transaction value, and growing the sales pipeline.
- Build meaningful relationships with recent and existing clients, creating loyal, long-term customers.
- Coach and develop the showroom team to strengthen selling capability, confidence, and client engagement.
- Support the day-to-day leadership of the showroom, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities,



and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented, creating an inspiring environment for every client.
- Partner with the wider business on campaigns, launches, and initiatives that drive commercial success.

- An experienced retail leader with a proven track record in a sales-focused environment.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to motivate a team and consistently achieve results.
- A confident communicator who leads with energy, positivity, and professionalism.
- Experienced in coaching and developing team members to perform at their best.
- Highly organised, proactive, and accountable, with a hands-on leadership style.
- Experience within premium retail, furniture, interiors, or luxury brands will be highly regarded.
