Our Melbourne CBD office is modern, well-connected to public transport, and home to a diverse and cooperative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes but also thinks on their feet.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage high-volume of inbound calls
- Resolve customer queries and while delivering positive experience
- Manage complex queries with confidence and sound judgement
- Accurately update CRM systems
- Meet quality, compliance and KPI targets

You’ll thrive in this role if you have

- Previous customer service or contact centre experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Resilient, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems

Operational Hours:

Training: Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm (3–4 weeks) - work from office

Post Training (Nesting & Ongoing Roster): Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts between 7am– 7 PM - work from office

Flexibility to work across these hours is essential.





An Australian/ NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency or a Temporary Resident visa with at least 1-year full work validity and unrestricted working rights
