About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in construction, equipment sales, earthmoving, or a related industry who enjoys building strong customer relationships and identifying current business opportunities.

Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting our range of equipment and solutions throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction, civil, mining, and commercial clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and customer consultations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals,



and sales presentations.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and business development objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reporting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous sales experience within construction, civil, earthmoving, equipment hire, machinery, or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Current driver's license.

Highly Regarded

- Knowledge of earthmoving and construction equipment.
- Existing industry contacts within Central Queensland.
- Experience with tendering and project-based sales.
