Chatr Allied Health is seeking a compassionate Counsellor or Social Worker to provide trauma-informed evaluation and intervention for clients facing homelessness, DV, mental health challenges, and AOD issues. The role focuses on client-centered planning, goal setting, and supportive advocacy within an Employment Service framework.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate services, and document progress to meet program contractual requirements.
