About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of engineering and construction projects from contract award through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for managing project scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder relationships while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across design, manufacturing, procurement, and site installation.

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, solve complex problems, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning, and client handover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and site teams to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead project meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Manage project financials, including cost forecasting, budget control, variations, and reporting.




- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, Australian Standards, company procedures, and quality management systems.
- Oversee procurement activities and monitor supplier and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the refinement of project delivery processes.

About You:

- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience managing engineering or construction projects, ideally in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
- Experience with MEP, modular, or prefabricated construction projects is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, procurement, contracts, cost control, and budget management.
- Proficiency with project scheduling software
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

- Experience delivering data centre, healthcare, industrial, or power generation projects.
- Knowledge of off-site manufacturing or Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Familiarity with Australian construction contracts and standards.
