What you’ll be doing

- Keeping programmes, budgets and delivery targets on track.
- Leading a high-performing team focused on delivering great work.
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, consultants and internal teams.
- Driving quality, safety and site performance across every stage.
- Monitoring project performance, forecasting outcomes and managing profitability.
- Identifying risks early and solving problems before they impact delivery.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and keeping communication clear.

What you’ll bring





- 5+ years’ experience delivering large-scale residential or commercial construction projects.
- Proven success managing programme, budget and project performance.
- A leader who takes ownership, follows through and gets the best out of people.
- Strong relationship-building skills with trades, suppliers, consultants and stakeholders.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to keep projects moving when challenges arise.
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, White Card and unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
