The role
- Full Time, Fixed Term (up to March 2027)
- Level 7 - $101,421 to $110,819pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Canberra, Dubbo, Orange or Wagga Wagga
As Project Officer, Campus and Space Planning, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Charles Sturt University's campuses. Working within the Strategic Infrastructure team, you'll support the planning, analysis and management of campus spaces to ensure they effectively meet the University's learning, teaching and research needs. From developing space strategies and analysing utilisation data to preparing project briefs and coordinating space audits, you'll contribute to projects that have a lasting impact across our diverse campus network.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and facilities teams, you'll use your analytical skills and project management expertise to deliver innovative, evidence-based solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a planning, architecture or built environment professional who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing positive change and contributing to the development of vibrant, sustainable university environments.
About you
- You hold qualifications in planning, architecture, construction or a related discipline, or bring equivalent experience.
- You're an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and using data to inform decisions.
- You build robust relationships and communicate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You're organised, proactive and thrive managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- You're passionate about creating spaces that enhance learning, research and the communities we serve.
