Seeking a Project & Procurement Officer for a 9 month contract with an ACT Government agency. This is an excellent prospect for someone with procurement, contracts administration, project coordination or commercial support experience who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting procurement processes, including coordination of documentation, approvals, meetings timelines and stakeholder inputs

- Preparing, managing and monitoring consultant briefs, contracts and project budgets

- Drafting reports, briefing notes, correspondence and operational planning documents

Key Requirements

- Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire an understanding of,



ACT Government procurement administrative processes and reporting protocols.

- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and to prepare presentations, draft correspondence, briefs and document procedures.
