The Role

Manage a tidy, well-maintained residential portfolio end-to-end, supported by dedicated leasing and administrative staff. No leasing or trust accounting will allow you to focus on client relationships, compliance and portfolio performance — not constant admin.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end portfolio management
- Landlord and tenant relationship management
- Rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears oversight

- Legislative compliance (QLD RTA)
- Protecting and maximising asset performance

About You

- Minimum 3 years’ end-to-end PM experience
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong RTA knowledge
- Confident communicator with excellent organizational skills
