Your role will include:

- Managing a residential portfolio of 150 LOCAL properties with assistance

- Overseeing all aspects of property management





- Conducting entry and exit condition reports when required

- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations

- Working in a structured and systemised setting using industry-standard software

About you:

- 2–3+ years’ experience in a Property Manager role

- Current Certificate of Registration (essential)

- Valid driver’s licence

- Strong communication and client relationship skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
