We are partnered with a long-established and highly regarded real estate agency with multiple offices across Melbourne. Renowned for their personalised service, strong client relationships and commitment to delivering exceptional property outcomes, they have built an outstanding reputation within the industry.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to join their Carlton office in a wide-ranging, hands-on role. Managing a small portfolio of approximately 50 properties, you'll also play a key role supporting the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the wider property portfolio.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least six months' property management experience who is looking to broaden their skills beyond a traditional portfolio. You'll be responsible for managing approximately 50 residential properties while assisting with the day-to-day facilities management of a larger portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 50 properties
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance works
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and owners corporations
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance contractors
- Respond to building and property-related enquiries




- Conduct routine property inspections
- Monitor building presentation and organise ongoing maintenance
- Ensure maintenance schedules and compliance requirements are met
- Build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

- Minimum 6 months' experience in Property Management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Agent's Representative Certificate preferred

What's On Offer

- Salary package of $70,000 - $80,000 inclusive of super (depending on experience)
