We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned real estate agency seeking an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering great service and wants to play a part in helping grow the rent roll over time.

The Role

- Manage a tidy portfolio of approximately 80 residential properties
- End-to-end property management
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Assist with growing the portfolio through exceptional service
- Work closely with the Director and a supportive team

What's on Offer

- $80,000 - $85,000 + Super
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Every Saturday (with time in lieu)
- Up to 2 days work from home once established in the role

About You

- Previous residential property management experience
- Confident managing a portfolio independently
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and customer-focused
- Looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive team
