Portfolios up to 160 properties, depending on the agency and the level of support behind you. Some are straight portfolio roles. Some come with a leasing consultant and admin support so you manage the rent roll and nothing else.

Senior Property Manager For pm's with a few years behind them who want a better portfolio, better support and a package that reflects it. The top of the range sits here.

Holiday letting and short stay

Portfolio and area management across managed holiday properties. Different rhythm to residential, seasonal peaks, owner retention and guest experience rather than arrears and routine inspections. If you have been in residential and want out of the grind, this is worth a look.

What's on offer

- $70,000 to $100,000 plus super,



depending on the role and your experience

- Company car, fuel card or car allowance on most roles

- Some roles include work from home days, an RDO or an early Friday finish

- Ongoing training and REIQ membership covered by several of the agencies we work with

What we need from you

- At least a year in residential property management, or short stay and holiday letting experience
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration, or close to finishing it
- A driver's licence
- The ability to keep your head when a hot water system fails on a Friday afternoon
