THE ROLE

- Manage only 150 properties – enjoy a manageable portfolio locally based in the Dandenong area and surrounds.
- Onsite administration support
- Monday to Friday
- No micro-management

ON OFFER:
- $90,000- $95,000 +listing bonuses!
- You will not be micro-managed
- Modern software including 360 degree cameras
- Family friendly environment

ABOUT YOU:
- Driven, and professional
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Residential Property Manager
- Hold a current Certificate IV
- Possess a reliable car and valid driver’s licence
- Vietnamese speaking preferred - not essential
