We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a high-performing, friendly team in a full-time, permanent position based in Gisborne. This is a excellent opportunity to work within a well-established and respected local agency with a growing footprint across Sunbury, Diggers Rest and the Macedon Ranges.

With the support of a Leasing Consultant and both local and off-shore administration assistance, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties using PropertyMe software.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing an established portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
- Overseeing arrears management and tenant accounts
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and periodical inspections
- Generating leads and converting new managements to grow the rent roll
- Communicating professionally with tenants and owners

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication skills,



with the ability to build rapport with tenants and owners
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
- A strong team player with a desire to succeed
- Integrity and professionalism that reflects well on the business
