The Role:

- Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio within the St George region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Conduct routine inspections and manage maintenance requests
- Oversee arrears, lease renewals, and day-to-day property management duties
- Provide a high level of customer service and proactive communication
- Work Monday to Friday with no weekend requirements

About You:

- Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager
- Must have NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
