3. Prepare accurate, well structured and evidence based valuation reports.
4. Assess property values in accordance with company procedures and Australian valuation standards.
5. Review property documentation, plans, titles and other supporting information.
6. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all reports.
7. Meet agreed turnaround times while managing multiple valuation assignments.
8. Communicate effectively with the Australian team regarding valuation queries and report revisions.
9. Ensure all work is completed professionally, ethically and confidentially.
10. Continuously develop knowledge of property markets, valuation methodologies and industry best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Degree or qualification in Property Valuation, Real Estate, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
2.
Member of the Institution of Valuers (India) or equivalent professional body is highly regarded.
3. Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in property valuation. (Adjust this if you have a different requirement.)
4. Robust understanding of valuation principles and methodologies.
5. Excellent analytical, research and problem solving skills.
6. High standard of report writing and written English.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
8. Ability to interpret property plans, legal documents and market data.
9. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
10. Strong organisational and time management skills.
11. Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup for remote work.
12. Willing to work Australian business hours or overlap with the Australian team when required.
