What you'll be doing?

Lead the client service experience: Design, lead, and deliver the end-to-end client service experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards that 3D Wealth is known for.

Manage and develop your team: Oversee a team of Client Services Officers (CSOs) and Financial Planning Associates (FPAs), including offshore staff, setting clear service standards, building efficient workflows, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Handle client interactions with confidence: Serve as a key point of contact for clients across phone, email, and CRM platforms, managing escalations with professionalism, empathy, and care.





Maintain CRM accuracy and performance: Take ownership of CRM management, ensuring data integrity, workflow adherence, and system performance across the team at all times.

Collaborate with advisers: Work closely with financial advisers to resolve escalations swiftly, support smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to an exceptional overall client experience.

Who are they looking for?

Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a client services, operations, or practice management role within financial planning is required.

Leadership: Proven experience leading or managing a team, including the ability to direct and coordinate offshore staff.

Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Australian financial advice regulatory setting, end-to-end advice process, client service lifecycle, CRM management, and workflow design.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a confident and professional approach across all channels (phone, email, and CRM platforms).

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing client records, documentation, and workflows.

Decision-Making: Comfortable making confident, sound decisions within your area of expertise,



including handling client escalations with composure and care.

Process-Driven: A continuous improvement mindset, strong time management, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Productivity: A track record of high productivity and consistent performance, experience in a chargeable hours environment is well regarded.

Qualifications: A degree in a finance-related field is advantageous, though equivalent experience is equally considered.
