Our client is a leading property investment company specialising in making property ownership attainable for everyone, with a specific focus on first and second-generation migrants.

They are a team of passionate property experts who offer investors end-to-end advice and mentorship, with the ability to secure high-growth properties in locations around Australia and specialise in properties located in VIC, NSW and QLD

The Role:
As their Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of the brand across digital platforms, crafting messages that resonate with their target audience, creating content that is informative and inspiring, and that demystifies the "noise" that surrounds getting into the property market.

Reporting to the Head of Membership, you will drive engagement, generate leads, and foster a community of aspiring investors by leveraging platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, data-driven strategy, and a passion for helping clients navigate their financial future in Australia.

- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy
- Content creation, including producing high-quality, visually appealing posts, videos, reels, and stories
- Audience engagement and community building
- Design targeted ad campaigns on Meta and Google to attract new leads and track conversions
- Performance analytics and reporting

Specific requirements:

- Demonstrated success in a comparable Social media / Digital role




- Possess strong camera and video editing skills
- Ideally have targeted either a migrant audience or investment property purchasers
- Strong data and reporting skills with prior exposure to collating statistics and reporting
- A car and drivers license
- Located in Sydney or Gold Coast
