About the Role
Integrated Power House is the most exciting Electrical and Automation company, operating for over 20 years on the coast and with a reputation for being the best at what we do. We specialise in large homes with a wow factor.
The role is based on the Gold Coast.
As a Project Manager Electrician, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and leading a team of electricians and apprentices.
- Planning and coordinating daily work activities.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems.
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
- Ensuring projects are completed safely,
on time and to a high standard.
- Conducting testing, commissioning and fault finding.
- Liaising with builders and project managers.
- Maintaining accurate job records and reporting progress.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Australian Electrical Licence.
- Previous experience leading a teamand running jobs.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to mentor apprentices and develop team members.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Solar installation and battery storage experience desirable but not essential.
