Reporting to the site General Manager, the role focuses on embedding a safety-first culture across the site and translating strategy into practical, on-the-ground actions.
You will work with senior leaders and frontline teams to reduce incidents, strengthen safety systems, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding workforce capability and safety performance.
