- Highly motivated and a team player, someone who takes pride in their work
- Must be punctual, well organised and hardworking
- Professional manner, an eye for detail
- Knowledge of plants, pests and diseases would be an advantage
- Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- NSW drivers licence
- Current white card or willing to obtain one
