Hiring | Level 2 Technical Coordinator | Sydney

Location: Frenchs Forest, Northern Beaches, Sydney

Duration: 12 Months (High possibility of extension)

We're looking for an experienced Level 2 Technical Coordinator to support large-scale technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a nationwide rollout, coordinating device deployments, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring every site is fully configured, tested, and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate post-installation activities and deployments
- Configure Windows devices, hardware, and peripherals
- Perform Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting
- Validate network connectivity and system readiness
- Work closely with field installers, IT teams, and stakeholders




- Maintain deployment documentation and support tickets
- Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support when required

Required Skills:

- Level 2 IT Support / Technical Coordinator / Deployment Engineer experience
- Robust Windows, networking, and endpoint configuration knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple site deployments simultaneously
- Experience supporting large-scale multi-site environments and retail/hospitality technology deployments will be highly regarded.
