About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you'll install, service, and troubleshoot vehicle safety and camera systems on a wide range of vehicles and machinery. You'll be the face of our business, working directly with clients, solving problems,



and keeping equipment operating safely and reliably.

Your day might include:

- Installing and repairing hardware on vehicles and mobile equipment
- Troubleshooting and carrying out corrective maintenance in the field
- Providing technical support and demonstrations for clients
- Completing digital service reports and warranty checks
- Assisting with retrofits, modifications, and light fabrication
- Always following safe work practices — your safety comes first

About You

We're looking for someone reliable, adaptable, and hands-on with a great attitude. Just as importantly, you'll bring strong technical skills and problem-solving ability, so you can confidently tackle complex installs and troubleshooting.

Must haves:

- Background as an Auto Electrician, Mechanic, or Automotive Accessory Installer (or similar)
- Strong understanding of automotive electrics and ability to read wiring diagrams
- Confident with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault-finding
- Skilled with hand and power tools, with high attention to detail
- Manual driver's licence and a clean driving record
- Clear and professional communication skills with clients
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights

Nice to haves:

- Forklift/truck accessory installation experience
- Light metal fabrication skills
- High Risk Work Licence or EWP Licence
