About the Role

TMA Technology is looking for a practical and customer focused Service Technician to deliver onsite maintenance, fault finding, repairs and project installation support.

This role suits someone with electronic or mechanical technical experience who enjoys working independently, solving problems and providing reliable service to customers.

What You’ll Do





- Attend customer sites for maintenance, repairs and fault finding
- Support equipment installations and project work
- Respond promptly to service callouts and customer issues
- Accurately record service work, parts and expenses in Syteline
- Maintain van stock and ensure parts are correctly accounted for
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates
- Follow all safety procedures and site requirements

About You

- Experience in technical service, maintenance or equipment installation
- Electronic or mechanical technical experience
- Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage your own workload and work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, adaptable and safety focused
- Comfortable participating in an on-call roster
