Pyrenees Shire Council is seeking a passionate Child and Family Health Nurse to join our Community Wellbeing and Partnerships team on a casual basis. You will deliver maternal and child health services across the municipality, supporting families with infants to school age and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
The role focuses on assessments, education, immunisations and referrals, with flexible work across multiple locations and a solid emphasis on rural community needs.
